• Zeroer is entering the field of pediatric rehabilitation (CMT) home therapy and creating products to assist home rehabilitation.
• This position is looking for someone to join as CTO and lead the team.
• Design and optimization of camera pipeline (AVFoundation/CameraX), integration and performance tuning of on-device inference (Core ML/TFLite)
• Left/right channel audio control (AVAudioSession/AudioTrack) and stabilization of ms-level scheduling
• Design of RN↔Native bridge/JSI module, establishment of common interface (e.g., HeadPose, Stimulus)
• Design of minimum data collection, encryption, consent/notices (PIPA/HIPAA sensitivity)
• Build and deployment automation (Fastlane, GitHub Actions), quality/observability (Crashlytics/Sentry) operations
• iOS: Swift, AVFoundation/AVAudioSession, Core ML (+Metal)
• Android: Kotlin, CameraX, TFLite/ML Kit, AudioTrack (left/right channel, ms delay control)
• Hybrid: Experience in exposing native module with React Native bridge/JSI
• Real-time tuning: Achieving 720p, 24–30fps, with proven results in improving heat/battery/latency (E2E < ~120ms)
• Security/Child Data: PIPA/HIPAA sensitivity, experience in design of non-collection of originals, consent, encryption (KMS)
• Release/Operations: TestFlight/internal test track, Fastlane·GitHub Actions, Crashlytics/Sentry
