[Customer Inquiry Response]
• Customer consultation and inquiry handling via phone, email, and chat
(KakaoTalk ChannelTalk, Naver Talk Talk inquiries, Cafe24, etc.)
• Product information guidance and purchase consultation (B2B bulk orders)
• Claim processing and refund/exchange related tasks (eCount ERP)
[Improving Customer Satisfaction]
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Analyzing cases of customer dissatisfaction and proposing quality improvement measures
• Improving CS systems and processes
[Two-Way Communication of Customer Opinions]
• Writing customer review responses
• Confirming participants in review events
• Monitoring customer opinions
• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Intermediate level in MS Office
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing-related tasks is preferred
• Experience in customer CS/CX management in companies with annual sales over 5 billion KRW
