• Conduct outreach and collaboration with new influencers
(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Blogs)
• Create and communicate influencer sponsorship proposals
• Derive insights through analysis of the review / oral care market and trends
• Conduct influencer seeding
• Manage and enhance key influencer partnerships
• Ability to understand brand characteristics and plan/produce content that reflects selling points
• Communication skills and adaptability to build smooth collaborative relationships internally and externally
• Proactive attitude to analyze market trends based on creative thinking
• Sense of responsibility to thoroughly resolve assigned tasks
• Major: Media and Communication
• Individuals with a strong interest in short-form content and the influencer industry
• Experience in producing and going viral with short-form content such as TikTok
• Experience managing brand SNS official accounts on platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Experience either as an influencer or in collaboration with influencers
• Work experience with influencer marketing agencies
• Work experience in consumer goods brands or MCN industry
