• We are looking for someone to announce Cruntin's innovations in Japan and spread a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
• Conducting market analysis and establishing marketing strategies for Japan
- Understand market trends based on an in-depth understanding of target women aged 30 in Japan and plan and establish differentiated marketing strategies for Cruntin
• Influencer marketing and seeding
- Discovering health, beauty, and lifestyle influencers in Japan, and conducting collaborative campaigns to effectively convey Cruntin's various flavors and attractions
• Planning online and digital marketing content
- Operating major social media channels like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, and planning and executing content that embodies the brand's core values
• Supporting the operation of e-commerce channels in Japan (Qoo10, Rakuten, etc.)
- Operating major sales channels and planning and executing in-store marketing and promotions
- Providing necessary support for operating e-commerce channels (product in/out, customer CS support, etc.)
• More than 1 year of relevant experience in Japanese marketing or equivalent practical skills
• Enjoys challenging new paths without fear of uncertainty
• Proficient in Japanese (native level or able to communicate in a business context)
• High understanding of the Japanese market and trends among women aged 30 in Japan
• High understanding and interest in Japanese market and consumer trends
• Experience collaborating with Japanese influencers or having a strong interest in that area
