Project Manager Understanding and Communicating with Customers and Products
- Planning TMS SaaS platform features and establishing a product roadmap
- Analyzing transportation/dispatch/logistics operational processes and designing digital transformation
- Defining needs and deriving requirements through interviews with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborating with developers/designers to create product function specifications (planning documents, wireframes, etc.)
- Leading UX improvements for transportation workflow of customers in various industries (3PL, manufacturing, distribution, etc.)
- Establishing feature differentiation strategies through market and competitive service analysis
- N years of experience working as a planner in B2B SaaS or platform services
- Understanding of transportation/logistics/SCM systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, etc.)
- Experience in systematizing and designing complex operational flows
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements
- Proficient in using planning documents and prototyping tools (Figma, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience collaborating smoothly with developers and UI/UX designers
- Actual planning experience of TMS, WMS, logistics automation platforms
- Experience connecting field work and systems in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, 3PL, etc.
- Understanding and designing API-based integration structures (including integration with ERP, WMS, etc.)
- Experience in planning global SaaS platforms or ability to write documents in English
- Experience in customer onboarding, CS/operational process planning
