• Your Unicorn's Kruntin is a wellness brand rapidly growing with a differentiated product called [25% Crunch Ball Protein Shake] that didn't exist in the market.
• We are looking for a product development PM who can plan new products unique to Your Unicorn, continuing the success of our protein shake.
• Product planning and strategy development
- Discovering new product ideas and deriving concepts based on market trends, consumer needs, analysis of our company and competitors
- Establishing product roadmap and planning mid- to long-term product development strategies
• Product production management
- Overall management of the product development process through close collaboration with relevant departments such as production, logistics, sales, and marketing
- Management of product development schedules and budget through smooth internal/external communication, solving issues when they arise
- Enhancing product development through prototype testing and consumer evaluation
• Product performance management
- Improving products through analysis of consumer responses and sales performance after product launch.
• Someone who believes they can create better products than those on the current market
• Has at least 3 years of PM work experience in a commerce company or equivalent practical skills
• Experience in planning, producing, and successfully launching products
• Leadership skills to lead the entire product development process
• Good internal/external communication skills
• Someone who solves problems no matter what happens when issues arise
• Experience in trendy consumer goods industries (beauty, inner beauty, food) or someone who is well-versed in trends
• Experience in factory orders and production management
• Experience in responding to quantities for online and offline distribution channels
• Excellent data analysis skills related to consumers
