• Management of online distribution channels such as Naver Smart Store/Coupang/Curly
- Product registration and management
- Seasonal promotion planning and execution
- Price and reseller management for each channel
• Marketing through advertising and CRM to increase sales in Naver Smart Store
• Improvement of sales and customer experience through customer data analysis
• More than 1 year of experience as an MD or equivalent practical skills
• Experience operating various sales channels such as Smart Store/Coupang/Curly
• Experience in proactively planning events or marketing to drive sales
• Ability to handle tasks meticulously and pay attention to details
• Interested in the wellness/beauty industry and frequently shop online/offline
• Self-starter who seeks growth
• Experience with CRM tools such as DataRise, IfDo
• Value execution speed and base decisions on data
