- Experience in service development and pipeline construction using LLM related libraries.
- Experience in improving LLM performance through prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, etc.
- Experience in Python-based backend development.
- Experience in web application development using the React framework.
- Experience in balancing AI quality and UX while collaborating with designers, planners, and application developers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing immersive content services such as character chatbots, creative content, and emotion-based conversations.
- Experience applying image generation models such as Stable Diffusion and Flux to services.
- Experience using LLM workflow frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience in improving operational efficiency from the perspective of API response speed/cost optimization.
- Understanding and experience with multimodal models that process text, images, and voice.
- Experience handling large-scale traffic through asynchronous tasks.
Hiring Process
