What team will you be working with?
• The sleep/meditation app Kokkiri is a self-mental care service based on audio content created with meditation/psychology experts, helping users find psychological stability on their own anytime, anywhere.
• Since the service launched in September 2019, it has been steadily growing and is currently operated as a top-notch service in the mental health/self-mental care sector, experienced by over 500,000 subscribers.
You will do these tasks:
• Operation and management of the tarot consultant platform (80%)
• Discovery, evaluation, onboarding, monitoring, and customer inquiries for tarot consultants
• Planning and operation of the tarot consultant support system
• Marketing collaboration targeting tarot consultants or customers (20%)
We would like to work with someone who:
• Has understanding and knowledge of the platform
• Is a graduate or soon-to-be graduate of a 4-year college (or graduate school), has internship experience, or has around one year of work experience
• Has experience, interest, and knowledge in fortune-telling, tarot, and psychology
• Demonstrates excellent computer skills using MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.
• Can manage priorities and deadlines for various tasks in a fast-paced environment
It would be great if you also:
• Are a major in counseling psychology or have counseling experience
• Have experience in recruiting various creators and experts and onboarding them to the platform
• Can express your opinions convincingly in speech or writing
• Can proactively lead your own work
• Can carefully attend to the details of your work
• Have experience and competency with design tools like Figma and Adobe
Please note:
• Employment type: Possible to convert to a full-time position after a 6-month probationary period
• Working days and hours: 5 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
