• Over 3 years of experience in e-commerce or brand marketing
• Experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns (executing monthly budgets over 10 million KRW)
• Experience in using CRM tools or email/push marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze)
• Experience in operating and planning SNS content (Instagram, TikTok required)
• Experience in execution in startup or rapidly changing organizational environments
• Understanding of marketing metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC ratio, etc.)
