MadUp Tech Division
The Tech Division develops products necessary for digital marketing automation and optimization processes based on technology, including the digital marketing automation solution Lever Xpert. Not only developers but also Product Owners (PO) and Product Designers (PD) closely collaborate with an ownership of the respective products.
• Lever Xpert is a SaaS-based digital marketing automation solution for marketers. It automates repetitive tasks such as media asset settings and report generation, allowing marketers to focus on deriving insights and designing strategies.
• Prism is a DMP (Data Management Platform) that is core to data-driven marketing. It integrates and collects advertising performance and data from various media.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and operate Lever solutions (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Docker, Gunicorn)
• Advertising data ETL
• Develop asynchronous services for advertising operation automation and optimization

Qualifications
• Experience in Python development
• Experience in operating Python-based server development (Flask, Django, FastAPI)
• Experience with AWS and a strong interest in cloud technology stacks
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-initiative in executing tasks
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with advertising-related tasks and advertising data usage
• Experience using media API
• Experience in developing and operating large-scale services
• Experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing big data
• Experience in configuring and operating AWS infrastructure
Target Audience

Hiring Process
• Document Screening

• Online Coding Test
- This will be conducted through a Programmers coding test and will involve solving algorithm problems.
• First Interview
- The first interview will be conducted via video call for up to 2 hours. You will have 1:1 coding tests and brief interviews with two interviewers, focusing on confirming the competencies demonstrated in the document screening and coding test.
• Second Interview
- The second interview will be an in-person technical fit/cultural fit interview to assess whether the applicant can create synergies within MadUp’s development division, based on their experiences and thoughts.
• Salary Negotiation and Hiring Confirmation
- Salary negotiations will be conducted individually with those who pass the final selection, and hiring will be confirmed.
