✅ Qualifications
• Over 5 years of web frontend development experience
• Ability to communicate smoothly with planning and design teams and self-directed collaboration capabilities
• Proficient in web standards technologies (HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility, browser performance, web accessibility)
• Actively participate in UI/UX improvements and have problem-solving skills
• Experience in mobile web and mobile webview integration development
✅ Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in research activities related to frontend performance optimization
• Experience in developing web services or in-app browser surfaces with high traffic
• Proficient in using collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Github, Figma)
• SEO optimization experience
✅ Working Conditions
• Employment Type: Full-time (Probation Period: 3 months)
- Tasks will be assigned during the probation period, and evaluations will be conducted through these tasks. (1st round team leader → 2nd round department leader)
- Depending on the probation evaluation score, the probation period may be extended or the employment relationship may be terminated.
✅ Hiring Process
• Document Screening → 1st Practical Interview (2 technical interviews) → 2nd Executive Interview → Notification of Acceptance and Discussion on Treatment → Final Joining
- When submitting documents, please submit your own work and portfolio (e.g., Github).
- Interviews will be conducted only for those who pass the document screening. (In-person interview)
- In the case of the 1st practical interview, two technical interviews will be conducted with two people each. (Each lasting 1 hour, a total of 2 hours)
