The General Affairs group is an organization that improves and supports the working environment for the company's internal and external activities and the work efficiency of employees, and efficiently manages the assets owned by the company. The General Affairs group is divided into the Asset Management Team, Support Team, Purchasing Team, and IT Support Team, among which the Support Team is responsible for facility management of the building and office/shared spaces (facility, security, cleaning, parking) and administrative support and welfare tasks for general affairs. Currently, a new building with a total area of 22,000 pyeong has been constructed in Gwachon Knowledge Information Town, and we strive to ensure stable operation after moving in.

• General affairs work experience of 1 year or more (including internships)
• Experience in management support roles in the same industry
• Must be able to commute without restrictions to the areas of Yeoksam-dong in Gangnam, Seoul, and Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do
• Must have a driver's license

• Experience managing facilities (Facility Management) or supervising site management
• Experience using collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Notion
• Proficient in document and report writing (MS Office)
• Experience in team-based work collaboration
