• Planning and production of performance marketing ad materials (DA, detail pages, SNS content, etc.)

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
• Proficient in basic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Able to design with consideration for ad performance based on marketing thinking
• Able to collaborate smoothly with others in different roles such as AEs and marketers
• Sensitive to trends and actively learning new design styles and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
• Over 1 year of experience in digital ad design (experience in agencies and e-commerce is preferred)
• Experience with performance marketing ad materials (AB testing, optimization, etc.)
• Experience utilizing the latest design technology such as generative AI, 3D, and motion graphics
• Experience in UI/UX and landing page design
• Experience analyzing and optimizing ad data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
• Created designs that improved ad performance while maintaining brand tone and manner
• Rich experience in advertising and marketing collaboration
Hiring Process
