App Service Operator (Entry-level or less than 2 years of experience)
The App Service Operator at Rised is responsible for operating the mobile app service 'Samsung Health' provided by Samsung Electronics, playing a role as an operator to ensure that the client's app service is smoothly delivered to customers. Rised prefers candidates who can communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as planners, developers, and designers while performing their duties based on an understanding of the characteristics of the service and the operational goals of the client.

Qualifications
• Understanding of service operation and Admin management tasks
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML
• Familiarity with Android-based devices such as Samsung Galaxy series
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Working Conditions
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Probation Period: Approximately 3 months after joining
• Working Hours: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Salary Condition: In accordance with company policy (wish salary can be proposed)
