Job Summary
Plan, develop, and review overall design work according to the IP of artists belonging to PLEDIS label.
Considering the characteristics of the artist and their direction of activities in the future, ensure that the intended concept and message are effectively implemented through design processes and brand guidelines.
Experience in developing brand design that can enhance the brand value of the artist with various experts who have the highest capabilities.
[Key Responsibilities]
• Build and manage the Design Asset management system
• Review and propose official product design based on IP content
• Overall control and quality management of official products
• Discover and manage internal and external partners
[Key Work Environment]
• There are periods of concentrated work due to project progress
[Required Qualifications]
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Major in design
• More than 2 years of practical experience in branding/graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• High understanding and sense of domestic/international design trends
• Diverse ideas and planning abilities
• Ability to submit a portfolio related to the job

• Ability to communicate in business English
• High affection and interest in the entertainment industry/music
