• Market research and strategic planning focusing on major Asian regions
• Business opportunity analysis and feasibility review based on country-specific talent supply structures, systems, and policies
• Proposing cooperation models and establishing partnerships with local companies and organizations
• Designing and discussing business structures for project-based talent matching and operations
• Establishing business implementation systems in conjunction with internal operations, development, and marketing teams
• Communicating and negotiating with global partners and stakeholders in English
[ Qualifications ]
• At least 2 years of practical experience related to business development or strategic planning, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of major Asian markets such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, or related project experience
• Global communication skills (English required / Preferable if knowledgeable in Chinese or Japanese)
• Ability to understand market structures and labor flows, and to create structural proposals based on this understanding
• Communication skills to document plans and convey them clearly to partners and internal teams

• Experience in related industries such as global HR, B2B platforms, or international cooperation
• Practical experience or local residency experience in Southeast Asia
• Experience in managing multinational projects through communication
• Basic understanding of labor-related systems (labor policies, employment types, contract structures, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with government agencies, international organizations, or educational institutions
