• Continuously perform system stability and performance optimizations for On-Premise based MSA environments utilizing Kubernetes.
• Quickly identify causes of failures, resolve issues, and devise designs and improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Maximize operational efficiency through infrastructure and deployment automation and create a stable deployment environment using IaC.
• Identify and improve single points of failure in networks, applications, open source, and Kubernetes.
• Operate and optimize data platforms like Elasticsearch, Kafka, Hadoop, and Redis to maintain stable data flow.
• Experiment with and evaluate various open-source technologies to lead the introduction of optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Experience managing Kubernetes and container environments.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, AWX, etc.).
• Experience operating monitoring and logging tools (Thanos, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience in preventing failures and quickly resolving issues that arise.
• Experience identifying bottlenecks through performance testing and implementing improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in frontend development and operations.
• Practical operating and management experience in On-Premise environments.
• Understanding of system principles and practical experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka, etc.
• A proactive attitude towards new challenges, not afraid of failure.
• A take-charge and responsible work ethic.
