The Brand Manager at NextChapter plays a key role in elevating the brand by inheriting the philosophy of the existing brand owner. As the 'final advocate' of the brand within NextChapter, they establish brand strategies and coordinate collaboration among various functional teams within the company.

This position assists the Brand Manager, who is the head of the brand, in executing the A-to-Z of brand operations, from strategy development to marketplace operations to improve the brand's performance. In addition, they coordinate collaboration with the Product Development team to develop new products according to the brand's product roadmap, and partner with the Performance Marketing team to dominate key target keywords, among other activities as a brand manager.
NextChapter's Brand Manager can learn modern brand management methodologies optimized for operating online native brands. By utilizing cutting-edge data analysis techniques, they can derive insights about consumers and the market, using these insights to build brand equity.
