The number one coding education sector! We are looking for tutors to join Team Sparta's specialized non-major employment bootcamp, "Naeil Learning Camp!"
Naeil Learning Camp provides differentiated education that allows even complete beginners to get hired through tailored learning with a solid curriculum. In addition to technical education, we create training that nurtures the habits necessary for growth as a developer, teaching how to define problems and find solutions, enabling students to become excellent junior developers beyond just employment.
We are looking for tutors who can sincerely help new beginner students challenge new careers and safely take their first step as junior developers! It’s okay if you don’t have tutor experience yet. 🧑💻 Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Online tutors go beyond simply supporting learning; they are mentors and guides who accompany students on their growth journey. Sharing technical knowledge, practical experience, and insights helps students discover and expand their growth potential.
▪ Conduct Q&A and learning counseling for students within the Naeil Learning Camp online learning space (Zep)
▪ Provide feedback on student assignments and team projects (code reviews)
- Provide feedback on student resumes/portfolios and conduct mock interviews
▪ (Optional) Conduct online live special lectures, record lecture sessions, and progress level-specific learning
- Optional tasks are conducted limited to those who wish, and separate pay will also be provided.
🔎 We are looking for someone who:
▪ Has over 2 years of practical experience with Unreal
▪ Has practical experience in various fields such as 3D game development, VR/AR simulation, real-time visualization, and industrial simulation projects using Unreal Engine
▪ Is proficient in using Blueprints and C++ and has project experience utilizing key features of the Unreal Engine such as physically-based rendering, optimization, and AI system design
- Please submit a portfolio that clearly outlines your role and the technologies you implemented in the projects you participated in (e.g., optimization tasks, interaction design, systems integration, etc.). It is acceptable to blur sensitive data in commercial projects.
▪ Has experience designing project flows and leading optimization and performance improvements by efficiently managing CPU and GPU resources in the powerful real-time rendering environment of the Unreal Engine
▪ Can explain concepts in a way that is easy for beginners to understand
▪ Can explain not only fragmented concepts but also the overall structure or flow
▪ Can take on the role of a homeroom manager who provides support in various aspects such as learning methods and career guidance
👍 It would be even better if you:
▪ Have over 5 years of practical experience
▪ Have a deep understanding of the Unreal ecosystem
▪ Have successfully applied the latest technologies of Unreal Engine (e.g., Nanite, Lumen, World Partition, etc.) in projects and derived tangible results
▪ Take satisfaction in helping others grow
▪ Have experience in planning and producing educational content or have worked as a tutor/mentor on educational platforms
▪ Have a strong interest in the education field and wish to transition your career to tutor/mentor
✔️ Please note:
▪ Employment type: Freelancer
- Work will be conducted online (remote).
- If desired, you can utilize Team Sparta's studio (near Seolleung Station) during lecture recordings.
▪ Duration: 2025-05-19 to 2026-01-12
- Priority will be given to those who can work full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM)!
▪ Discussion of days and times during weekdays (options for full-time or part-time)
▪ Payment amount: To be discussed before proceeding.

'I'm not confident since it's my first time,' or 'Can I really teach well?' are worries you don't need to have!
▪ Onboarding for tutor duties such as Q&A and learning counseling will be provided by Team Sparta before the education track begins.
▪ We will provide our own online lectures necessary for tutor activities.

We may reach out to you when appropriate for newly opened lectures or if we feel there is a need in outsourced projects (Sparta Builders). You can continue to have a connection with Team Sparta's various significant endeavors, leading to continuous revenue generation.
