As a SaaS service providing all necessary functions for beauty shop operations, including reservations, customer management, and marketing automation,

- Provide CS consulting and support for Collabo Salon clients (using KakaoTalk, Zendesk, etc.)
- Onboard new customers and guide through key features
- Write FAQs, manuals, and templates for customer inquiries/repetitive issues
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the team to contribute to service improvement
- Support the management of marketing content and message automation tools

- Experience in creating customer response content such as manuals, guides, and FAQs
- Interested in streamlining or structuring repetitive consultations
- Experienced in CS in startups, SaaS, O2O platforms, or e-commerce
- Familiar with collaboration tools such as Google Docs and Notion
- Understanding of KakaoTalk channels, reservation systems, and automation tools
